How do I end my contract?

If you’d like to leave Shred-it, we’ll be very sorry to see you go. Please contact a member of the Shred-it team on 04 340 3588 or email us at dubai@stericycle.com to see if there’s anything we can do to change your mind. If you’d still like to end your outstanding contract, a member of staff will be able to advise you on how to do so.

How often do your employees undergo training?

Who do I contact if I have a billing issue?

Why has my collection been cancelled?

Occasionally due to factors beyond our control a visit could be cancelled. If this happens, we’ll do our best to inform you as soon as we are aware of an issue and reschedule as soon as possible. Please contact us for any issues regarding a scheduled service.
